Layer7 Software Solutions was founded by Charles Dulmage in 2016 with the intent of balancing family and career after having worked for several years in the education and media software industries.
In his previous work, he has developed custom software solutions ranging from a full scale enterprise web portal with customer facing newspaper website to custom plugins for educational software suites.
At Layer7, we make sure to understand the issue properly, so that we can begin documenting all of the requirements to build your custom solution the right way.
